Subject matter of data protection
The subject matter of data protection is personal data. Pursuant to § 3 (1) Federal Data Protection Act, these are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or determinable natural person. These include, e.g. details such as the name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, as well as possible utilisation data. Utilisation data are necessary for using our websites, such as details regarding the start, end, scope and use of our platform and login data.

You must login in order to use all of the advantages of Palabea. For this, you must enter your e-mail address, your user name and a password. These data are required by Palabea in order to set up and administer a user account for you and so that you can use the entire Palabea service. Not least, Palabea also requires these and possibly other data in order to deal with your requests, questions and criticism ("customer service") and communicate with you about your transactions, as well as new products and services. This way, you can receive e.g. transaction-related welcome letters, reminders and order confirmations. Furthermore, these data serve the purpose of conducting competitions, selecting participants and determining prize winners/prize draws; operating interacting areas.
Furthermore, Palabea offers you the option of personalising your profile. Furthermore, you can upload a photo and/or video of yourself to your profile page. These details are voluntary and not required for logging into Palabea. Please note that all data and photos/videos provided voluntarily on your profile are accessible to other Palabea users. Disclosure of data
In order to process payments, Palabea shall disclose your entered data (inter alia, account holder, credit card holder, account number, bank code, credit card number, credit card expiry date) to your house bank or a payment service provider â€“ Computop Wirtschaftsinformatik GmbH, Swarzenbergstr. 4, D-96050 Bamberg.
Furthermore, your personal data shall only be disclosed without your explicit prior consent in the following cases:
If it is for the purpose of investigating illegal platform use or for legal prosecution, personal data shall be forwarded to the prosecuting authorities, as well as any injured third parties. Palabea offers you a free newsletter service. With the newsletter, Palabea informs you about new offers, new requests, new members, new products and services, as well as participation in surveys in order to draw your attention to new products or services or provide you with other information that may possibly be of interest to you. Furthermore, we inform you about offers and products of our cooperation partners in our newsletter.

Palabea stores so-called "cookies" in order to offer you a comprehensive scope of functions and make the use of our website more convenient for you. Palabea has integrated social plugins from Facebook ("Like") button and Twitter in its website (referred to jointly as "social plug-ins" below), so that you can recommend Palabea services to your Facebook and Twitter friends. If you click the social plug-ins, the message will appear on your Facebook or Twitter profile page that you recommend the Palabea services.
By clicking on the active "Like" button, this sends your IP address to Facebook. If you also login to Facebook or are already logged in, Facebook will additionally collect information regarding when you were on the Palabea website and declared the recommendation. Facebook can link this information to your user profile. You can prevent this by logging out of Facebook before visiting our Palabea website.
If you open web pages on our website which have the "Like" button, a link will be established with the servers at Facebook Inc., 1601 S. The content of the "+1" symbol will be sent by Google directly to your browser and integrated into the website.

Deletion of your data
Insofar as your data are no longer necessary for the aforementioned purposes, they shall be deleted. Insofar as data must be retained for legal reasons, these shall be blocked. The data shall then no longer be available for further use.
